SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Income tax; temporary protective enclosures for oysters tax credit. Provides an individual income tax credit, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2009, up to $500 for taxpayers who purchase and use temporary protective enclosures for oysters when cultivating oysters beside or under their piers. The enclosures must have been purchased on or after January 1, 2005.
