SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Law-enforcement officers; deemed consent. Removes the requirement that a law-enforcement officer inform a person that if the officer comes into contact with that person's body fluids in a manner that may transmit human immunodeficiency virus or hepatitis B or C viruses, that person will be deemed to have consented to HIV and hepatitis B and C testing. This bill was incorporated into SB 1107.
