SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Vehicle safety inspections. Codifies exceptions to vehicle safety inspection requirements set forth in a gubernatorial proclamation of July 2006. This bill is identical to HB 2485.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Vehicle safety inspections.  Exempts certain trailers and semitrailers used in interstate commerce from annual vehicle safety inspections.
