SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Resolution; encouraging support for the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC).  Encourages the public institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth to fully support the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) programs and provide the maximum recognition of ROTC courses for credits toward graduation.
