SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); property exempt from taxation. Amends the Constitution of Virginia to allow the General Assembly to authorize localities to either waive or establish their own income or financial worth limitations for purposes of granting real property tax relief for persons not less than 65 years of age or persons permanently and totally disabled.
