SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; legislative efficiency; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study the operations of each house and all agencies in the legislative branch to develop recommendations for improving efficiency. The Commission is required to report and submit its findings and recommendations to the 2010 Session of the General Assembly.
