SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Department of Minority Business Enterprise. Clarifies that small, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses must be comprised of individuals who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and that both the management and daily business operations are conducted by such individuals. The bill contains technical amendments.
