SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Central Virginia Regional Transportation Authority. Creates an authority to include the County of Chesterfield and the City of Richmond. The Authority may also include other localities in the Richmond region. The Authority shall have powers related to transportation infrastructure improvements. The member localities shall also have additional revenue authority to meet the purposes of the transportation authority.
