SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Property held in abeyance of any finding of surplus property.  Provides that the Board of Education and the Department of General Services hold in abeyance any finding that the Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind, and Multi-Disabled is surplus property until at least July 1, 2010.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Property held in abeyance the conveyance of property.  Provides that the Governor hold in abeyance the conveyance of a portion of the property known as the Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind, and Multi-Disabled.  Also conveys a 25 acre tract of the property to the locality wherein the property is located to be used for educational purposes.
