SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Arrest of illegal immigrants. Revises Code provision that prohibits an arrest of an illegal alien (who has been previously convicted of a felony and deported) more frequently than once every six months to allow arrests within the six-month period when confirmation has been received from Immigration and Customs Enforcement that the arrested person will be taken into federal custody.
