SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Voluntary contributions of tax refunds; Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center.  Adds the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center to the list of organizations that may receive contributions of taxpayer refunds. The Center will be added to the bottom of the list of other organizations waiting to appear on the income tax return.
