SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Special license plates. Authorizes the issuance of special license plates for veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom, members of the Virginia State Defense Force, and "tobacco heritage" plates for trucks. Repeals authorizations for issuance of special license plates for which the required minimum number of prepaid orders was never received: for supporters of the Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital Foundation and for supporters of the National D-Day Memorial Foundation. This bill incorporates HB 1583, HB 1586, HB 1772, and HB 2392.
