SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Primary and secondary system of state highways; localities. Provides for the transfer of roads, bridges, and streets from the primary system of state highways to the local system of roads operated by certain localities. Also provides that any county choosing to resume responsibility over the secondary roads within its boundaries shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the secondary system of state highways.
