Governor's Advisory Board for National and Community Service.  Establishes the Governor's Advisory Board for National and Community Service to advise the Governor and Cabinet Secretaries on matters related to promotion and development of national and community service in the Commonwealth of Virginia and to meet the provisions of the National and Community Services Trust Act of 1993.
