SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Transportation of troops by railroad.  Repeals an obsolete section referencing the transportation of troops by railroad.  The provisions requiring the transportation of troops in times of peril were repealed by Chapters 114 and 157 of the 1996 Acts of Assembly.
