SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Fiduciaries distributing intangible personal property to file informative tax returns.  Repeals § 58.1-20, relating to the filing of informative tax returns by fiduciaries paying or distributing intangible personal property to beneficiaries.  This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Code Commission.
