SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Advance directives; capacity determinations. Requires that at least one of the physicians or the licensed clinical psychologist making the determination that a patient is incapable of making an informed decision about medical treatment shall have completed a training program in capacity assessments approved by the Board of Medicine for this purpose. This bill has been incorporated into HB 2396.
