SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Medical costs resulting from injury by dangerous dog. Provides that a court, upon finding an animal to be a dangerous or vicious dog, may order the owner, custodian, or harborer thereof to pay to any person injured by the animal the costs of medical care resulting from the injury. This bill has been incorporated into HB 2364.
