SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Property Owners' Association Act; access to books and records. Provides that actual salary information of the six highest paid employees of a property owners' association making over $75,000 shall be available for examination and copying by association members. Currently, only aggregate salary information is required to be open. The bill also specifies that all books and records of the association, including individual salary information for all employees and payments to independent contractors, are available for examination by a member of the board of directors.
SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Property Owners' Association Act; access to books and records. Provides that actual salary information of employees of a property owners' association shall be available for examination and copying by association members. Currently, only aggregate salary information is required to be open.
