SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Real and personal property taxes; duty to provide information to commissioner of the revenue.  Adds the owners and operators of self-service storage facilities to the list of entities that are required to provide the name and address of renters or lessees to the local commissioner of revenue upon his request. The bill also would require property owners’ associations, condominium unit owners’ associations, and proprietary lessees’ associations to provide a list of owners of the properties administered by such associations, to the extent that such list is maintained, to the commissioner upon his request.
