SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Private residential wells; minimum storage capacity and yield requirements.  Requires the Board of Health to include in its regulations minimum storage capacity and yield requirements for residential drinking wells, and requires that the certified water well systems provider shall certify the storage capacity and yield of the well on a form provided by the Department of Health at the time the well is completed. 

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Private residential wells; minimum storage capacity and yield requirements.  Requires the Board of Health to include in its regulations governing construction of private wells minimum storage capacity and yield requirements that shall be substantially similar to the suggested minimums now contained in regulations.
