SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Restitution payments paid by juveniles.  Provides that a court may, on motion of a probation or parole officer responsible for the case, convert an order for restitution, ordered to be paid by a delinquent juvenile, to a judgment for money when the juvenile reaches majority and all other conditions of probation or parole have been satisfied.
