SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Qualified voter; definition of "residence." Provides that, for the purpose of determining an applicant's domicile, the general registrar may request information regarding the applicant's intent, conduct, and other attendant circumstances verbally or in writing when the qualification of the applicant is in question or when the applicant provides an address that is not listed as residential by the United States Postal Service and the Virginia Electronic Registration Information System. This bill was incorporated into HB 1878.
