SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Veterans Services Foundation; Board of Trustees. Provides that a member of the Board of Trustees of the Veterans Services Foundation may be removed by the appointing authority for that member. Currently any member may be removed by the Governor regardless of the appointing authority.
