SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
All-terrain vehicles; registration; limited over-the-road operation. Allows over-the-road operation of all-terrain vehicles for distances of no more than two miles between one all-terrain vehicle trail and another. Operators must have driver's licenses with motorcycle classifications and must obey all rules of the road applicable to motorcycles.
