SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Outdoor advertising; penalties.  Increases penalties for violation of certain provisions of the outdoor advertising requirements from between $10-$50 to between $50-$250. This increase applies only to violations for which no other penalty is already prescribed.  This bill incorporates HB 2122.
