SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Local school boards; grievance procedure.  Provides additional direction to school boards in establishing and administering a grievance procedure to resolve disputes arising between the school board and certain employees, and provides that except in the case of dismissal, suspension, or other disciplinary action, the grievance procedure prescribed by the Board of Education shall apply to all full-time employees of a school board, except supervisory employees.
