SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Public recreational access and safety issues; new railroad projects. Provides that, no later than December 1, 2009, the Department of Rail and Public Transportation, the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, and the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall develop a process to coordinate and evaluate public recreational access and safety issues related to certain new railroad projects.
