Virginia Retirement System; regional jails.  Requires regional jail boards and authorities (and localities participating in such boards and authorities) participating in the Virginia Retirement System to provide retirement benefits comparable to the benefits provided to state police officers to the regional jail's superintendent and sworn officers.
