SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Electric personal assistive mobility devices, electrically powered toy vehicles, bicycles, electric power-assisted bicycles, and mopeds. Prohibits use of electric personal assistive mobility devices, electrically powered toy vehicles, bicycles, electric power-assisted bicycles, and mopeds on any Interstate Highway System component, except where such use has been authorized by the Commonwealth Transportation Board on bicycle or pedestrian facilities that are separated by a barrier from the roadway and automobile traffic and such component meets all applicable safety requirements established by federal and state law.
