SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Transportation; supplemental funding for Northern Virginia. Adds the City of Fairfax to the localities in Northern Virginia who are to use the first 50 percent of the revenues received by the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority solely for urban or secondary road construction and improvements and for public transportation purposes. This bill is identical to SB 1137.
