SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Elections; assistance for certain voters; curbside voting; and persons entitled to vote absentee. Removes curbside voting as an option for persons age 65 and older and retains curbside voting for the disabled. The bill provides that all persons age 65 and older are entitled to vote absentee. This bill is identical to SB 1091.
