SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Income tax; livable home tax credit. Increases the individual tax credit limit from $500 to $2,000 and the 25 percent amount for retrofitting to 50 percent for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2010. This bill incorporates HB 2343.
