SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Charter; Twin County Airport Commission.  Amends the charter of the Twin County Airport Commission to require a six-member commission rather than a seven-member commission. The Counties of Carroll and Grayson would each have two members, rather than one, while several towns would lose representation.
