SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:

Appointment of jury commissioners. Provides that the judge of a circuit court of a county having the urban county executive form of government may appoint jury commissioners at any time prior to the first day of November each year. Currently, jury commissioners must be appointed prior to the first day of July each year.
