Court-established community service programs. Provides that a court has the discretion to allow persons upon whom fines and costs have been imposed the option to discharge all or part of the fines or costs through the performance of community service.

Court-established community service programs. Provides that a court has the discretion to establish a program to allow persons upon whom fines and costs have been imposed to discharge all or part of the fines or costs through the performance of community service. Currently, the establishment of such a program is mandatory.
