SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Impoundment of motor vehicle for driving without an operator's license. Provides that a person who is found to be driving a motor vehicle without an operator's license, having been previously convicted of such an offense, shall have his motor vehicle impounded. This bill was incorporated into HB 2021.
