Plan to eliminate the Mental Retardation and IFDDS waiver waiting lists.   Requires the Governor to develop a plan to eliminate waiting lists for the Mental Retardation Waiver and the Individual and Family Developmental Disabilities Support Waiver.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Plan to eliminate the Mental Retardation and IFDDS waiver waiting lists.   Requires the Governor and the General Assembly to develop and implement a plan to provide funding to the Department of Medical Assistance Services to eliminate waiting lists for the Mental Retardation Waiver and the Individual and Family Developmental Disabilities Support Waiver.
