SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Behavioral health authority; board membership. Allows a member of a local governing body to be a member of a behavioral health authority's board of directors. Also allows members to serve more than three full terms, but not more than three full consecutive terms. After a three-year period has elapsed since the end of the member's last three-year term, the governing body may reappoint that member.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Behavioral health authority; board membership. Allows a member of a local governing body to be a member of a behavioral health authority's board of directors.
