SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Alternative on-site sewage systems.  Clarifies the locality's power to regulate nonconventional sewage disposal systems by prohibiting localities from prohibiting the use of such systems.   This bill is identical to SB 1276.
