SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

No discharge zone.  Establishes the tidal creeks of the Commonwealth as no discharge zones. Vessels operating in these designated areas would be prohibited from discharging treated and untreated waste into the waters. A no discharge zone would only be established on those tidal creeks where the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has determined that sufficient facilities exist for the removal of sewage.
