SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Voter registration residence requirements; students. Provides that a person who has established a physical presence and a place of abode in Virginia and who is enrolled as a full-time student in a degree or certificate program at an accredited public or private institution of higher education physically located in the Commonwealth shall be presumed to have established a domicile at that place of abode. This presumption shall not affect any determination of whether the student is eligible for in-state tuition. This bill was incorporated into HB 1878.
