Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission; extends sunset. Extends the sunset on the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission until July 1, 2014, and adds a requirement that the Commission develop and promote strategies to encourage brain health and reduce cognitive decline.
