SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Wetlands mitigation. Authorizes the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority to receive and expend funds in order to restore or create tidal wetlands within the region that the Authority serves. If wetlands credits result from the restoration or creation of such projects, the credits can only be used by the Authority's member jurisdictions.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Wetlands mitigation. Authorizes the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority to develop wetlands mitigation solutions for its participating jurisdictions.
