SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Perpetual care trust fund overpayments.  Permits a cemetery company that has made a deposit to its perpetual care trust fund in excess of the required deposit amount to recover the amount of the overpayment by withholding the amount of the overpayment from future trust fund deposits.
