SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax; exemption for donations to out-of-state governmental entities. Expands a current exemption for tangible personal property removed from inventory and donated to tax-exempt nonprofit entities or the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions, schools, agencies and instrumentalities to include donations made to any state in the United States, and its political subdivisions, schools, agencies and instrumentalities beginning on and after July 1, 2009.
