SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Hampton Roads Transportation Authority.  Abolishes the Authority and the taxes, fees, and charges dedicated to financing its operation and programs.  The bill also makes several technical changes.  This bill is the same as SB 1018.
