THE SENATE HAS AMENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE GOVERNOR THE FOLLOWING SENATE BILL:

S.B. 857 An Act to amend and reenact §§ 3.04, as amended, 3.06, 3.07, 3.10, and 3.15, as amended, of Chapter 619 of the Acts of Assembly of 1975, which provided a charter for the Town of Blacksburg, relating to town council elections, town council salaries, town council vacancies, and civil penalties for ordinance violations.
