RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly of Virginia confirm the following appointment made by Chief Justice Leroy Rountree Hassell, Sr., of the Supreme Court of Virginia of the Chairman of the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission pursuant to § 17.1-802 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable F. Bruce Bach, Judge (retired), Circuit Court of Fairfax County, 11502 Cardoness Lane, #403, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, effective January 1, 2009, for a term of four years, ending December 31, 2012, to succeed himself.
