Be it  enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 1.2 of Chapter 370 of the Acts of Assembly of 1973 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1.2. Boundaries. The territory embraced within the town of Floyd is that territory in the county of Floyd, Virginia, as set forth by plat dated December 4, 2008, and recorded in the clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Floyd County, Virginia, in deed book 69 on page 410-A which is incorporated herein by reference.
